Shipping POLICIES
 

Because our items are handmade to order, the time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. We will work our best to have the item out to you as quickly as possible, but please allow the following processing times for your order to be fulfilled:

Cleansing Bundles: 1-5 business days
Cards: 1-3 business days
Jewelry: 1-2 weeks
Attire: 1-3 business days

All of our items include tracking and ship First Class or Priority Mail. You should receive your item within 1-3 days (Priority) or 3-5 days (First Class) after shipping confirmation has been sent.

We always try to ship out as early as possible, but please let us know if you are in a rush and we will do our best to accommodate expedited orders!

cancellations

We gladly accept cancellations before an item has shipped. If your item has already shipped, it is too late to cancel.

returns + exchanges

Due to the fact that our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If you are dissatisfied with your order for whatever reason, we will do our best to make things right.
